Important ordering instructions—please read carefully:
To order a Hot Special: Because a Hot Special is sold to the first buyer that places a deposit, it is best to confirm your order by phone, email or fax rather than by regular mail. Vortech's phone and fax numbers are provided above. To order by email, either click here or use the Form at the bottom of the page describing the item(s) of interest. For mail-in orders: To order an item from our "Hot Specials"  or "Engines" page by mail, you may simply fill in, then print out and fax or mail the Order Form to Vortech (above address) with payment. Orders submitted on plain paper should include the information requested on the Order Form. Make checks or money orders payable to: Vortech, Inc.  (Checks require 2 weeks to clear.) Credit Card orders: Vortech can only accept U.S.credit card orders; a photocopy of the actual credit card should be faxed or mailed with order. Orders above $200 paid for by credit card must include a 4% processing fee. Maximum acceptable credit card order is $2,000 unless otherwise agreed to. Foreign orders: If ordering from a country outside the United States, send cost of item + crating cost, if any, in the form of an International Bank Draft or International Money Order drawn on a U.S. bank, with payment in U.S. dollars. Sorry, we can not process foreign credit card orders for Hot Specials or engines. Shipping cost: Unless otherwise stated with listing, items are shipped freight collect, with shipping cost paid by customer directly to shipper at time of delivery.
