DESCRIPTION: RotorWay Exec-162 2-seat helicopter, 1983 model;
N83WW (deregistered); S/N 2926.
Received its airworthiness 1984*. Airframe has about
15hrs.TT (hover time for balance check). Helicopter is complete
and assembled, with many upgrades and custom accessories.
Overall condition is good.
*The
Airworthiness Certificate applied to the original build as an
Exec-145 and may not apply to helicopter's current rebuilt
status as an Exec-162.
HISTORY
This helicopter was upgraded from an Exec 145 with all mods to
make it a true Exec-162. Upgraded extensively from airframe to
engine. The RW162 engine, taken from a rolled-over Exec-162, only
has 25 hours TT. Some
of the body panels are from the rolled-over Exec-162 and were
seamlessly repaired where required.

FLIGHT READINESS
Helicopter has not flown for at least 5 years and will require a
renewal of the registration, a Condition Inspection and a
rotor-blade balance check. Otherwise, a qualified mechanic must
go through helicopter to determine what else, if anything, is
needed for flight-readiness.
Helicopter has always been hangared. No major rust or corrosion.
Paint scheme: green with orange and yellow flames. Located in
southern California. Reason for sale: sale of estate.
